Buying a ticket, you agree to our terms and conditions (see our website for details).

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable, and can only be used by the person(s) named on the booking.

If you can't make a booked session, you can transfer it to another session (where the ticket is the same price or lower), no later than 24 hours in advance. Alternatively, you can cancel the booking and we'll make it available to someone else (but you won't receive a refund). Click on the view booking link in your confirmation email.

Children under 10 must be accompanied by a paying adult, even if the adult isn't going to swim (please see our website for more details about children at the Pells).

In the unlikely event we have to cancel a session (such as for extreme weather or any other unforeseen circumstance), we'll notify everyone who's booked that session as soon as possible.

Swim Passes....

Regular adult swimmers can buy a Swim Pass for 10, 15, 30, 60 or 100 one-hour swims, which is cheaper than paying for individual sessions.

You pay for a Swim Pass by adding it to your shopping basket when you book the first swim; the cost of that swim is deducted from your pass. Subsequent swims are paid for using the pass, until it’s used up. You can see how many swims you have left on your bookings page. Please note that any unused swims at the end of the season aren’t refundable.
