Progress Fitness - Wednesday Bookable Classes
Wednesday classes are available for booking one week in advance.
Fitness classes on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesday evenings, Thursdays and Fridays are all DROP IN.
Prepayment is not required. If you need to cancel please follow the instructions in your booking confirmation. You can cancel your space up to 12 hours before the class start time, thereafter the class fee is payable as it's too late to reallocate the space.
