You can transfer your booking up to 12 hours before your class.
If you can’t make your class and you’re unable to transfer to another suitable time for you, please cancel your booking. This will give all in our community, the chance to have flexibility too.
One of the benefits of the booking system is that you manage your own bookings, cancellations, and transfers directly via your email booking confirmation. If you need this resent, please do ask.
Waiting lists are very active and popular and are proving a good way of people moving classes and getting into classes. Add your name and look out for an email notifying you of space.
All class bookings must be used by the end of the term in which they are purchased. There are no refunds or carry overs for unused classes. Please book considering your realistic availability and flexibility.
We’ve set the system up to maximise availability, flexibility and fairness and therefore are unable to offer class refunds. This includes Illness (inc. Covid), Hospital, Physio, Medical appointments, Holidays or other personal events and general life hiccups. Some dispensation for extreme one offs is solely at the discretion of Pilates Practice Stamford.
