My Slow Flow style guides you through a sequence of poses that transition smoothly from one to the next. It’s slower-paced than traditional Flow or Vinyasa, giving you time to focus on placement, engagement, and alignment.
While the word slow may sound gentle, it doesn’t mean the practice is easy—it emphasises muscle activation over momentum. This mindful approach helps you build awareness and presence, and creates a balanced, embodied practice suitable for everyday life.
