While we do our best to host clinics rain or shine, safety is always the top priority. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe the clinic will be rescheduled and/or a transfer credit will be issued for a future clinic.

Refund or rescheduling Policy:
15+ days out: Full refund less $10administration fee or reschedule to another date
14 days or less: No refund or rescheduling
