Join us at 8 am Monday - Friday for a 30 minute yoga flow to gently wake you up and prepare yourself for the day.

We will focus primarily on Hatha Yoga with elements of Restorative and Vinyasa incorporated to get our body moving and embracing what our bodies are able to do.
