LATE TO CLASS: Arrive early to get checked in, settled, and ready to start on time. If you arrive after the class has begun, you may not be able to join and no refunds will be given.
RESCHEDULE: We understand plans can change. If it's outside of 24 hours, use the system to reschedule your class.
UNABLE TO ATTEND: If it's within 24 hours and you can NOT attend, kindly send us a WhatsApp message to give us a heads-up. We are a small studio, often on a waitlist, and we appreciate a courteous note so we know not to wait for you and can bring in another student.
CANCEL: Cancel online before 24 hours ahead and receive a credit or refund on your account. Online Stripe transaction fees are non-refundable. Send us a message to arrange.
FAILURE TO SHOW: Charged 100% of the session with no refunds given. Continued no-shows may result in blocking from the schedule.
OUR CANCEL: If we need to unexpectedly cancel, we will notify you directly and as soon as possible, and help you to rebook the session, or issue a refund.
