At Rise 11 we understand that life can be unpredictable and schedules can change. To ensure fairness to all clients and instructors, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following cancellation policy.

We have a 24 hour (before your class start time) reschedule window to keep your class credit. Cancellations within 24 hours and no shows = loss of class credit.

Please note all bookings and cancellations for classes must be made through Book When. Unfortunately we cannot process any bookings or cancellations via social media.

All purchases are final. No Refunds.
