Nervous System Reset: The Art of the Downshift
In a world that demands we constantly operate in high gear, learning to slow down is an essential practice. "The Art of the Downshift" is a specially curated sequence designed to act as a reset button for your nervous system.
We will begin with mindful breathwork (pranayama) to signal safety to the body, transition into gentle, fluid movements to release physical tension, and settle into fully supported restorative postures.
The experience culminates in a long, guided meditation and an extended Savasana. Expect to leave feeling grounded, recalibrated, and deeply rested.
