Booking & Cancellation Policy

Pay-As-You-Go

If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 6 hours before the class start time to receive a refund or move your booking to another session.

Cancellations made within 6 hours of the class or missed classes cannot be refunded or transferred.

Class Passes

Class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you cancel your class at least 6 hours before the start time, the class credit will be returned to your pass and can be used to book another session within the pass validity period.

Late cancellations or missed classes will result in the loss of that class credit.

Memberships

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you cancel your booking at least 6 hours before the class, the credit will be returned to your account and can be used to book another class within your current membership billing cycle.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit.

Transfers

All bookings are for the named participant only and cannot be transferred to another person.

Studio Cancellation

If a class needs to be cancelled by the studio, participants will receive a full refund or the class credit returned to their account.
