Thank you for visiting our timetable and booking system for our Festive Dip. We have a range of sessions available including Boxing Day General Swims, Festive Lane Swimming, Festive Half Pool Hires, Festive General Swimming, Festive Adult Gentle Swimming, Festive Aquacise, and Festive Twilight Swims. All sessions can be booked online for our Festive Dip. Please click on the session to find out more information, including the end time of each session.
Transfers and refunds for Festive Dip 2025
Please note we will not be offering refunds or ticket transfers to other sessions under any circumstances. We hope you can appreciate this is to help protect our charity’s financial position running this event. You are of course welcome to gift your booking to friends or family if you change your mind.

If you have any questions or issues you need assistance with, we are here to help! Please phone the pool on 01626 832828 to speak to one of our lifeguards or on-duty volunteers during the pool opening times as per the timetable below if you have a query during our Festive Dip. Our pool is managed by volunteers who are not on-site and may not have direct access to our booking system, so emails or other messages will experience longer response time especially over the holidays. For queries prior to us opening, please click on and read through the session information thoroughly as we often find this has the answer to your query in the first instance!
