Återbetalningspolicy
- Cancellation Policy:
2.a. Class Bookings - Any classes booked are non-refundable. Bookings are also non-transferable. Please ensure you can attend the class before making your booking. Refunds and transfers are only given on sold out classes if your space can be filled. In this occasion, it is your sole responsibility to sell your space, not the responsibility of Charlie Cooper. Refunds and transfers are not available on classes that are not sold out. It is assumed when you book your space that you know you are available to attend the class.
2.b Private Lessons - Bookings that are cancelled within one week leading up to the session will still be charged. Bookings that are cancelled within two weeks will still be liable to pay the cost of the studio hire only.
2.c Cancellation Policy - The Dance Retreat:
Bookings made on The Dance Retreat are non refundable and non-transferable. Bookings will only be refunded or transferred if the Retreat is a sold out event and you are able to find someone else to fill your slot. It is assumed when you book your space that you know you are available to attend the event.
2.d Cancelled by Charlie Cooper - On the very rare occasion a lesson is cancelled by CC, the full monetary amount will be returned if it has already been paid. The option may also be given to reschedule, in which case, there will be no refund or discount.
