Bring the body into quiet stillness with gentle stretching, specifically targeting the tightness and tension held deeply in our muscles and our connective tissues.
I will gently guide you through the deeper and longer holding of asanas (postures) on the mat with blocks and cushions, whilst at the same time as working with the breath, so as to melt away any stress and tension.

We will finish the session in complete relaxation as I guide you into a singing bowl meditation; allowing you to completely unwind body and mind and prepare for the best night's sleep of the week.
Please bring a blanket and some water.
