Class Booking

Welcome to our class booking page!

Our Winter Term runs from Monday 10th November to Thursday 18th December.

To enable us to plan tailored content, and deliver high quality teaching, classes must be booked in advance. Bookings close 72 hours (3 days) before the class start time.

We offer a free initial class for new dancers at all levels! Use code ‘firstclassfree’ at the checkout.

Individual Bookings and Class Passes

If you are unable to attend a booked class, transfers to another equivalent class are available with at least 24-hour notice. Transferred classes must be booked within 30 days and can only be transferred once.

If there are no available classes to transfer to within the original 30-day window, the dancer will be issued a class credit for the value of the missed class to be used within an extended period of 45 days.

Unused class passes are non-refundable.

Memberships

The monthly membership fee is based on 40 weeks of classes per year with a 15% discount.

Membership payments are processed on the 1st of each month.

Mid-month sign-ups will be charged the full monthly fee for that month, followed by a pro-rated amount in the subsequent month.

Members can opt to have automatic priority class booking at the start of each term, or choose to book classes themselves for more flexibility.

Members must sign up to the classes they are planning to attend at least 72 hours in advance, and will not be admitted to classes that have not been booked.

Class swaps to an alternative relevant class for members must take place within the week of the class that is being swapped.

Memberships can be cancelled at any time, with access ending at the end of the current billing month.

Memberships can be paused for one month within a six-month period with prior notice (by email) by the 15th of the preceding month.
Refunds are not provided for unused portions of membership fees.

Refunds or transfers are not provided for unused portions of membership fees or for non-attended membership classes. If members are not able to attend a booked class, please notify the Horizon mailboxes (whatsapp or email) with as much notice as possible.

Additional Information

Transfers will not be granted for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, no-shows, missed Performance classes, or Focus classes where the vacant space cannot be filled.

Refunds are only given if the class is cancelled by Horizon. We do not provide refunds for any dancer-initiated cancellations or missed classes.

Horizon Initiated Class Cancellations:

Non-Members: Dancers will be given a discount code for the value of the cancelled class, to be used within 30 days.

Members: Members will receive a refund for the class, calculated in line with the weekly membership class rate.

We reserve the right to cancel memberships or class passes without refund if a dancer is in breach of class guidelines or policies.
