Iyengar Yoga with Jayne

Iyengar yoga is suitable for every body. A strong emphasis is placed on alignment and body awareness, with props being used to help you gain the maximum benefit from each asana.

Benefits of regular yoga practice include:

• Better mood
• Better sleep

Students often leave class saying they feel straighter, and have more energy, despite having worked quite hard.

Please note, we practice yoga in our bare feet. Mats are available for you to use in the studio, if you prefer to bring your own you are very welcome. Please do not bring water bottles into the studio.
