Move into Yoga with Hannah

I’m Hannah, a yoga teacher and mum of two. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years, and I truly believe everyone can practice and benefit from yoga.

I have a passion for fitness and well-being and my classes are aimed at providing a relaxed atmosphere where everybody is welcome.

I specialise in gentle vinyasa flow yoga which is suitable for all abilities, pregnancy yoga for expectant mums and postnatal yoga for new mums and babies.
