Återbetalningspolicy
We aim to offer a fair and flexible approach to managing class bookings; while ensuring we can continue to support our instructors and community as well as ensuring the sustainability of the Forever Active service.
Participants may transfer their booking to another date up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the original class. Transfers requested within 48 hours of the class will only be considered in cases of illness or short-notice medical appointments.
Transfers are subject to class availability and must be requested through our booking system or by contacting the Forever Active office.
A ticket can only be transferred once unless it is due to a medical reason.
Missed classes or late cancellations (within 48 hours of the class) are non-transferrable unless due to a health reason.
If you have booked the wrong class by accident, contact the Forever Active team who will rebook the correct class for you.
Refunds will only be issued for classes if you’re unable to continue with the class due to a medical reason.
How to Request a Refund:
Please contact the Forever Active office by email or by calling between 9am – 3pm Monday to Friday.
Please provide your full name, the class details, and your reason for the request.
We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us run a smooth and accessible programme for all.
