If your class is cancelled by Pilates Fit Portishead then a full refund will be made. Please note that it can take up to 10 days for a refund to return to your original card, although it is often quicker.
If you request a refund because you are no longer able to attend, then the refund amount will be the original payment amount, less the card processing fees that Pilates Fit Portishead will have already incurred. Card processing fees vary, depending on the original cost by will typically be 4% or less of the original transaction amount.
You are able to request a refund up to 3 days before your scheduled class.
Alternatively, you can transfer your booking to another class of equal or less value. You are able to request a transfer up to 1 day before your scheduled class.
