Vacancies and Course Transfers

1. Course Vacancies:

   • When a vacancy in a course arises, UK Microsuction Ltd will notify individuals on the course waiting list via email before advertising the vacancy on our website.
   • Recipients of the email must accept the offer within a limited time frame, after which the offer will be extended to the next person on the waiting list.

2. Course Transfers:

   • Students can transfer to any suitable course with a vacancy.
   • Changes made between 28 days and 7 days before the original course start date incur a £100.00 admin fee.
   • Changes requested within 7 days of the original course date will incur a £500.00 fee.
   • Changes requested more than 28 days before the course start date will not incur any fees.

Cancellation

1. Cancellations More Than 28 Days Before Course Start Date:

   • A fee of £250.00 will be charged to cover administrative and additional costs.

2. Cancellations Between 28 and 7 Days Before Course Start Date:

   • 50% of the course fee will be forfeited, minus the cost of any equipment, which will be refunded.

3. Cancellations Within 7 Days of Course Start Date:

   • The total course fees will be forfeited, minus the cost of any equipment, which will be refunded.

No-Show Policy

1. Failure to Attend:
   • Failure to attend a course will result in the full loss of course fees paid.

Equipment Ownership

1. Unpaid Equipment:
   • In all cases where full payment for any ordered equipment has not been received, the equipment will remain the property of UK Microsuction Ltd.

Code of Conduct

1. Trainee Conduct:
   • UK Microsuction Ltd is committed to maintaining a respectful and professional learning environment. We reserve the right to refuse participation or continued training to any trainee who exhibits abusive or rude behaviour towards staff, instructors, or other trainees. Such conduct will not be tolerated, and no refund will be provided if a trainee is asked to leave the course under these circumstances.
