If a vacancy in a course occurs, UK Microsuction Ltd will send emails to anyone who is on a course waiting list, before the vacancy is offered on our website. There will be a limited time frame to accept the offer before it is then offered to the next on the list.
If a student requests to move courses, they can switch to any suitable course with a vacancy. However, any changes other than cancellations, made between 28 days and 7 days before the original course start date, an admin fee of £100.00 will be charged.
If any changes other than cancellations are requested within 7 days of the original course date, the charge will be increased to £500.00. Any changes other than cancellations, requested more than 28 days before their course start date will not incur any admin fees or charges.
If a student cancels their course more than 28 days before the start date of their planned course, a £250.00 fee will be charged to cover admin and any additional costs.
If a student cancels their course or any part thereof at any time within 28 days of the end date and time of the planned course, but more than 7 days of the end date of their course, there will be a loss of 50% of the course fee paid minus the equipment costs which will be refunded..
Any cancellation of all or part of the course within 7 days, the total course fees will be forfeited minus the equipment costs, which will be refunded.
Failure to attend a course will incur full loss of course fees paid.
In all cases where full payment for any equipment ordered has not been received, the said equipment will remain the property of UK Microsuction Ltd.
