Join Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure for Mental Health Awareness Week.
Chair based yoga is a modified yoga class, incorporating typical yoga poses using a chair to aid balance and stability.
London Borough of Redbridge have partnered with Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure and Redbridge Institute Adult Education to deliver this session as part of their new project: Active Body, Healthy Mind.
