Cancellations or requests to transfer must be notified in writing by either WhatsApp or text to 07948002772, Facebook messenger to either of the two TankGirl groups, or messenger directly to July Ryan copying in Sarah Dowson. Refunds for individual class bookings will be given if notification of the cancellation is given within 24 hour of the session starting, after this no refunds will be given. No refunds or transfers will be given for no shows.
Transfer of a single class can be made with notification within 24 hours of the class starting.

Class Pass - no class transfers can be made, only cancellations, all cancellations must give notification within 24 hours of the class starting. Multiple (3 strikes) late notifications of less than 24 hours may result in your Class Pass being revoked without a refund.

Cancellations by Tank Girl Training due to low numbers or instructor illness etc will be refunded for individual paid sessions if alternative session offered cannot be taken. For class pass sessions, the class pass may be extended if multiple sessions are cancelled within the same week!
