The perfect gift for new parents.

Our Exploring Relaxation term focus' on learning the art of Baby Massage and is suitable from birth.

We will introduce our babies to soft music, calm lights and allow them to relax into a gentle massage. Each week we will focus on a different area of the body, leading up to a full body massage and learning techniques to help relieve common baby ailments such as colic, wind, constipation, congestion, and teething. Boost oxytocin and promote sounder sleep during our relaxing session.

This session is hosted in our glass room and you will be very welcome to stick around after the session for a stay and play in our play space. Your hour and a half session will be the massage class plus the stay and play session.
