Instructions for Christmas Yoga Nidra Session
Before the Session:
Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the session starts. This will give you ample time to settle in and get comfortable.
Attire: Wear comfortable, warm clothing. Layers are recommended, as your body temperature may fluctuate during the session.
During the Session:
Settle In: Find a cozy spot in the studio and lie down on your back. Use any props provided to ensure you're completely comfortable.
