We work on balancing your nervous system through scientifically-proven breathing, relaxation & anxiety reduction techniques. We also work on energising you to feel empowered, emboldened and confident to take positive action to create your dream life and bring your dreams closer into your reality. You'll feel supported and guided through every step, and we make it fun!
The listed classes are group classes. We do provide one-to-one classes on request and those can incorporate all of our offerings: Pilates, therapeutic injury rehab, neurological body re-patterning work, energy healing, meditation and mindset work. You'll receive the full, personal attention of a fully-qualified and experienced coach who will focus on your personal needs, which isn't always possible in a group class scenario.
