Yoga is about the union of your body, mind, and breath. Come along to this friendly and easy-going yoga class to enhance your range of movement, improve your mental well-being, and enrich your quality of life. Expect gentle yet strengthening postures and rich guided meditations with a focus on visualisations.

Beginners welcome - all poses will be fully explained.

There are parking spaces just up the lane from the hall. There are also toilet facilities if you need to get changed and the hall is nice and warm so no worries about getting cold!

About the teacher - I take a relaxed approach to yoga (and don’t take myself too seriously 🤪). Having hurt my back over 15 years ago, I started doing yoga and have found it remarkably useful in many different ways ever since. Why not give it a try?
