Hey you, so glad you're here. I invite you to take a look at my classes and workshops and feel into what grabs your attention and feels right for you in this moment. There is a mix of events, some for everyone and some specifically for those of us with a chronic disease. The work we do in class or on an individual basis is playful and explorative, whatever the theme or topic, and will always be based around body communication in various ways, from breath connection to movement, touch and sound. You will pretty much always need:
a yoga mat or some comfortable floor space
a blanket
an open mind
a glass of water
comfortable clothing
and depending on your body, maybe some cushions or extra blankets for body support.
