Tai Chi Class Schedule

Truly Essential Tai Chi & Qi Gong
Tai Chi for Health classes are Sun style, short form Tai Chi. Developed by Dr Paul Lam and a team of medical and Tai Chi experts.

Easy to learn, great for all abilities with many beneficial attributes for your mind and body.
My aim to keep you happy healthy and moving using this gentle form of exercise and moving meditation.

How to Book a Tai chi Class

  1. Click on the class you want to book onto from the list. Press select - View selections - book now
  2. Follow the booking link, add your email, name, phone number and next of kin number.
  3. Pay at class, put the method of payment in the payment box - cash card or By bank transfer, or any notes you wish me to have.
  4. IMPORTANT confirm (if you don’t confirm your booking at this point you have not booked onto the class) Remember to confirm your booking, we will both get a confirmation email.

If you don’t receive an email confirmation after 10-15 mins, the class is not booked. Please try again.
Top tip: If you set up a Login Password all your details are saved for next time.
Important 24hrs before the class you will be sent a class reminder, if you can’t make the class either cancel the booking or contact me and I will cancel it for you, this ensures someone else can have your space.
Block booking savings, choose class pass option six class pass or ten class pass when you book your first class.
