The Flower Moon marks the peak of spring, a time when plants and flowers flourish. It symbolises abundance and growth, fostering increased confidence and self-expression.

Join us this May for a Full Moon celebration with our Tuhka Talo sauna masters - Jo, Hayley, Roxy, and Julia to experience a guided Flower Moon Sauna Ritual, where we connect with the elements of nature through:
