🔥"Inner Fire": A Highland-Inspired Sauna Ritual (Chantelle)

A Highland-inspired ritual that invites you to slow down, rest and nurture your own inner flame.

As the land begins its transition into winter, the outside world slows — but inside, rest opens the door to something quieter and more alive.

This is the space where your inner flame can be tended: recovering, growing steadily, working from the inside out.

Inspired by the wild stillness of the Scottish Highlands, "Inner Fire" holds this threshold — the veil between one season and the next — as an invitation, not an ending. A chance to rest, ground, and reflect; to let go of what's finished and make space for what's still to come.

Guided through air, water, fire and earth, you'll move through rounds of warmth and cold-water contrast as the light outside fades to firelight — closing by the campfire, sending into the flames what we're ready to release, and what we hope to carry into the season ahead.

What to expect:
🌬️ Arrive: Settling in with Highland-inspired meditation
🔥 Warm: Guided sauna rounds (10–15 mins), with herbal water infusions, natural leaf whisks, and ethereal Highland-inspired sounds supporting us through each round
💧 Release: Cold-water contrast — space for mental clarity, breathwork, and nervous system rebalancing
🍵 Nourish: Warm herbal teas and rest
🕯️ Ground: A warming close by the campfire, sending into the flames what we desire and need for the season to come

No previous sauna experience necessary
