The rhythms club is a space for you to 'dance/move like no one is watching' It's a supportive, judgment-free space where you have permission to move how you feel. Sitting, standing, or jigging around the room! We move to a whole variety of music genres such as reggae, world music, funk and soul, disco, dance, instrumental and classical, - music for everyone to enjoy here from the familiar to something new to be experienced! These classes support your health and well-being as you are guided through the 5Rhythms to relax, release, shake off and uplift you.
Everybody can move!
The 5Rhythms is a simple movement and rhythm practice designed to release the dancer that lives in each of us regardless of our age or physical ability. No steps or choreography to learn - No prior experience needed - come as you are and let the rhythms take you.
There is a recommended donation of £3 - however, no one is turned away from the dance floor if finances are an issue - Donations can be made anonymously.
