I’ve been teaching yoga & fitness classes since 2019. I offer yoga for adults and children as well as pre and post natal.
I teach hatha yoga classes with a focus on doing what feels good for you. Classes are slow paced and inclusive, with lots of different options to suit different bodies.
Although classes are usually in 6 week blocks with gradual progression over the 6 weeks, each class is suitable for all levels of ability and experience, so there's no need to wait until the start of a course to join us! As well as movement (asana), classes involve breathwork (pranayama) and relaxation to help you to leave feeling calm & uplifted.
