I teach hatha yoga classes with a focus on doing what feels good for you. Classes cater for all levels of fitness and experience with lots of different options to suit different bodies. I also teach pregnancy yoga class is in Glossop.
Although classes are usually in 6 week blocks with gradual progression over the 6 weeks, each class is suitable for all levels so there's no need to wait until the start of a course to join us! As well as movement (asana), classes involve breathwork (pranayama) and relaxation so you will leave feeling calm & uplifted.
