Yoga classes in Glossop & Hayfield

I’ve been teaching yoga & fitness classes since 2019. I offer yoga for adults and children as well as pre and post natal.

I teach hatha yoga classes with a focus on doing what feels good for you. Classes are slow paced and inclusive, with lots of different options to suit different bodies.

Although classes are usually in 6 week blocks with gradual progression over the 6 weeks, each class is suitable for all levels of ability and experience, so there's no need to wait until the start of a course to join us! As well as movement (asana), classes involve breathwork (pranayama) and relaxation to help you to leave feeling calm & uplifted.

Refund policy

Refunds are not provided, however, if you are unable to attend a class you can transfer your booking to an alternative date provided you get in touch at least 24 hours before the class starts.

For course bookings no refunds or class transfers are provided as this is a discounted booking for a 6 week course.
