Online New Year Intention-Setting Practice (2.5 hours)

Begin the year with clarity, gentleness, and a renewed sense of inner direction. This online session is an invitation to step into 2025 not with resolutions or rigid goals, but with intentions — the qualities you wish to cultivate, the ways you want to show up, and what you’re ready to lovingly release. Intentions guide who we become, not what we must achieve.
We’ll open our time together with a simple ritual: if you have ceremonial cacao at home, you’re welcome to prepare a warm cup and drink with us; otherwise, brew your favourite herbal tea and join the circle. We’ll begin with guided meditation and gentle self-reflection, using prompts to help you connect with what truly matters. A journal or pen and paper will be helpful.
From there, we’ll move into a nourishing Vinyasa flow, encouraging you to follow intuition rather than expectation — to listen for the quiet threads of inner wisdom that often get overshadowed in daily life. We’ll soften into Restorative Yoga, allowing body and mind to unwind, and close with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra, planting your intentions in the fertile ground of the subconscious so they can take root and blossom throughout the year.
To honour this experience, we invite you to create a cozy, undisturbed space at home:
light a candle or burn incense, prepare a small altar with meaningful objects, gather blankets, pillows, warm socks and an eye pillow — anything that helps you feel held, comfortable, and at ease. Treat this as an act of love towards yourself.
This practice is for anyone seeking a gentle yet powerful way to welcome the new year — grounded, open, and connected to what truly matters.

We encourage you to join the live session if you can. The recording will be available and sent to everyone who signs up for the event, so in case you can't join us live, you don't miss out.

If you have yoga blocks or a bolster, those would make a great addition, alternatively, you can use a few pillows/cushions.
