Refund policy

Class passes and single class purchases:
You can reschedule a class booking made with a class pass up to 3 hours before the start of the class.
No refunds offered on class pack purchases after the first class has been taken.
You can request a refund on a single class purchase or reschedule up to 3 hours before.

Day Retreats:
Receive a refund if you cancel up to 7 days before the event.
After, you are welcome to pass your ticket to a friend if you can no longer attend, just make sure you inform us of that via email and provide name, surname and email address of who will attend in your place.

Courses:
No refunds on Zoom and Prerecorded Courses.

NOTE: refunds may incur fees, Stripe's processing fees from the original transaction won't be returned. Additional fees may apply in some regions and payment types.
