For those who have not been to one of my classes previously, you will find them to be gentle and not overtly spiritual. The priority is to relieve built-up tension in the body and stress in the mind. This sort of Yoga (Sam's Yoga) works well as a supplement to other exercises such as running and cycling in addition to weight training - all of which I dabble in myself. I have found that adding a little yoga into the mix once (or twice) a week helps me to maintain good posture and avoid injury. I also have a 'day job' which involves sitting in front of a screen, plus kids, housework etc...and personally, I just find taking a little time out to focus on myself and my body helps iron out those knots and make me a much nicer person to be around.

Refund policy

I understand that plans change or you may need to cancel your yoga class due to illness. All I ask is for a 3 HOUR minimum notice period should you need to do this.

Before 4pm on the day of your class, you are able to 'transfer' your ticket to another date or 'cancel' your ticket.

If you decide to 'cancel' your ticket and you require a refund back to your card, simply email your refund request to and I will process it for you within 48 hours. Please note that once processed, it can take 5-10 days for the funds to reach your account.

After 4pm on the day of your session, you will not be able to transfer or cancel your ticket and I assume you will be attending.
