If you are a beginner (or returning practitioner) I offer "One Hour Yoga" on Tuesdays at 6pm.
This class is a steady pace, encouraging students to add variety to their practice.
If you would prefer Ashtanga Mysore style classes please attend "Assisted Self Practice";
Saturdays 7:30am onwards.
Tuesdays 7pm onwards.
This is a personalised way to develop your yoga practice, in your own time/ breath.
Also suitable for beginners.
Every Thursday morning is a "Led Primary Series" class to allow ourselves to be counted (led) through the practice together at a dynamic pace.
