I am a 200hr certified Hatha and Slow Flow Vinyasa & Yin Yoga teacher of Elemental yoga. I also really enjoy teaching seated chair (Yoga) chair movement & stretch class where we also calm the mind and connect with the breath at the beginning and end of the class, this is a great class for a senior person or any age adult that can't practise movement down on a mat.

Thursday 9.15am-10.15am Upper body Workout with hand Weights, Stretch & Relax Class.
TUESDAY 11.15am-12.15pm Seated Chair (movement & stretch)Class for Seniors & open to all age adults, who have limiting abilities who unable to practise on the floor/mat.

I qualified in January 2019 after a months intense& transformational training on an eco farm in Northern Thailand.
Previously a class fitness instructor for over 20 years at two local Health Clubs in Hildenborough & two Secondary schools in Sevenoaks.
Now in my fifty's, my body still loves to feel mobile & strong, by moving & stretching & connecting mindfully with the breath, bare foot on the yoga mat.
These past five years I have taken my focus to teaching yoga classes In and around Hildenborough in village & church halls and local health studios, through the pandemic I taught my yoga classes live online for a year, before returning to in-person classes, where I love to be.
I like to get to know my class participants well, and over the years my students have got to know each other and we have a happy little yoga community building.
I teach small group classes (maximum of 8) to allow for personal attention, at my yoga classes you will be greeted with a warm smile, care & friendliness. I will support in your journey to explore and connect to your mind breath & body, whilst inviting a sense of calm.
