I am a 200hr Trained & Certified Yoga Teacher and have 7yrs experience as a Yoga Teacher, & 25yrs experience teaching group class fitness.
These days Yoga is a big part of my everyday life and I love to teach a variety of Yoga Classes.

(EXCESSABLE YOGA USING A CHAIR AS A PROP)
I also really enjoy teaching chair (Yoga) a movement & stretch class where we use the chair as a prop (seated & standing). A great class for any person that has limiting ability's
i.e. Knee/Wrist Shoulder or Back issues & would struggle to take a class down on the mat.

(MOVEMENT CLASS FOR OLDER PEOPLE)
Monday's 10am : ACTIVELY AGING WELL CLASS ( FOR OLDER PEOPLE) This fun, friendly, class taught to music, is a gentle low impact cardio movement, building strength & good balance into the legs, strengthening your bone density, building supple joints & diminishing aches & pains from the body. You will build a healthy heart, lean muscle, and activate the happy endorphins.

Wednesdays 9.30am-10.45am Yoga Flow, Stretch & Relax Class.

Wednesdays 7.30pm - 8.30pm Yin Yoga & Somatic Movement + Relaxation ( a gentle class staying down on the mat)
Mondays 10am-11am (Not Yoga) Actively Aging Well 50+ Fun Energising Stretch Movement to Music, low impact Class (trainers needed for this class)
Thursdays 7.15pm-8.15pm a Monthly Rest & Restorative Relaxation Yoga Class with (Bolster/ Blankets)
I qualified to teach Yoga after a months intense & transformational training on an eco farm in Northern Thailand.
Previous to this I have taught classes for over 20 years at two local Health Clubs in Hildenborough & two Secondary schools in Sevenoaks.
Now in my fifty's, my body still loves to feel flexible & strong, by moving & stretching & connecting mindfully with the breath, bare foot on the yoga mat.
These past years I have taken my focus to teaching yoga classes In and around Hildenborough for my local village community. Teaching classes weekly at the village hall in Hildenborough and I also hiring the studio at my local health & golf club .
Through the pandemic I taught my yoga classes live online for a year, before returning to in-person classes, where I love to be.
I like to get to know my class participants well, and over the years my students have got to know each other and we have a happy/friendly community building.
I teach small group classes (maximum of 8) to allow for personal attention, at my classes you will be greeted with a warm smile, care & friendliness. I will support in your journey to explore and connect to your mind, breath & body, whilst inviting a sense of calm into your day.
