I teach small group classes (maximum of 6) to allow for personal attention, at my classes you will be greeted with a warm smile, care & friendliness. I will support in your journey to explore and connect to your mind, breath & body, whilst inviting a sense of joy & calmness into your day.

Mondays 10.30am-11.30am Not Yoga Actively Ageing Well 60+ Fun Energising Stretch & Movement to Music, Low Impact Class (Trainers needed for this class)
Tuesdays 6.15pm-7.15pm Hatha Yoga with Sun Salutations ,Yin & Relaxation.
Wednesdays 9.30am-11.00am Hatha Yoga, Slow Flow, Yin & Relaxation,(Floored based & Standing) perfect for Women in there 40s 50s 60s that like an all round practice.
Wednesdays 7.30pm-8.45pm Mindful Gentle Yin Yoga & Gentle Somatic Mobilisation + Relaxation (Deeply Nourishing Floor Based Poses)
Thursdays 9.15am-10am Not Yoga Strength Based Exercises with Dumb Bells 2kg,3kg, Cardio & Floor Conditioning Exercises For Women in Midlife & Beyond that want to stay strong & Fit.
Thursdays 11.15am - 12.15pm Not Yoga Senior's Chair Fitness & Stretch Class, using the chair as a prop we stand and sit in this class.Ideal for Older Men/Women in their 60s,70s,80s Fun - Friendly class where we gently mobilise and strengthen the joints & stretch the muscles.
Thursdays ONCE A MONTH 7.30PM-8.45PM REST AND RESTORATIVE DEEPLY RELAXING YOGA. In this class we use Cushion Bolster's, Soft Blocks and Blankets to sink into long gently held restful poses. themed around the New Moon each month and bathing you with positive affirmation's.
ACTIVELEY AGEING WELL CLASS FOR 50S & BEYOND
MONDAYS 10.30AM : This fun, friendly, class is taught with music, it is a gentle low impact cardio movement, building strength & good balance into the legs, strengthening your bone density, building supple joints & diminishing aches & pains from the body. You will build a healthy heart, lean muscle, and activate the happy endorphins.
I qualified to teach Yoga 8yrs ago after a months transformational training in Northern Thailand I hold a 200hrs Yoga teacher certification in Hatha,Yin,Vinyasa, Restorative yoga.
Previous to this I have been teaching multiple types of fitness classes for over 23yrs at local Health Clubs, Halls, & Schools in & around my local area.
Now in my mid fifty's, my body still loves to feel flexible & strong, I love moving & stretching & connecting mindfully bare foot on the yoga mat, as well as keeping muscles, heart and bones strong teaching class fitness to women in there prime and beyond.
I like to get to know my class participants well, and over the years my students have got to know each other and we have a happy/friendly community building.
