We welcome all of you, we thrive to create a space where you have your own experience of the practice of Yoga. We encourage you to listen to your own body, your inquiry, curiosity & connection so you can trust & learn from yourself, your 'inner teacher'. That is where the magic is.
We commit to share with you what we practice ourselves, to show up as we are - imperfectly perfect. We have always believed in the immense power of connection & community which continues to support & amplify each other.
In practicing aparigraha.. our principles remain the same, we are an independent 'Yoga Space' an extension of our home rather than a business model studio, we just love teaching yoga
Our classes are suitable for beginners & improvers.
Working on the fundamental forms of asana & pranayama (postures & breath) & meditation for those looking for a more functional anatomical practice.
Incorporating intelligent dynamic vinyasa sequences & static poses, as well as breathing, mobilising techniques & relaxation.
Encouraging strength building, efficiency in breathing, core stability, flexibility, balance & stamina.
All equipment provided.
Colin & Lauren currently teach Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 6.30pm - 7.45pm
Classes are 75 minutes & £12, everything is provided in the studio.

Colin & Lauren BWYQ4 (500 hrs) QCF Level 4 Diploma/ Menopause/Pregnancy/ Advanced Yin Yoga Therapy/ Sports Therapist/ Somatics/ Nutritionist certifications/ First Aid. 1000+ hours
All classes have a 6 hour strict transfer/cancellation policy in place
Ticket transfers restricted to 1 time per booking & are restricted to 3 weeks after the original booking.
Cancellation fee is £1 fee if cancelled before 6 hour time frame, otherwise no refund will be given
Please note we still have minimal access to our teaching space, minimising risk of any infections.
We have always maintained very strict cleaning protocols regardless of covid-19.
