This workshop is for those who suffer from pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic pain and/or diastasis recti (abdominal split).

During this workshop we will cover:

  • Pelvic Floor & Core Dysfunction - Causes & Symptoms
  • Anatomy of the Pelvis and Core
  • Pelvic Health Self-Assessment
  • Avoiding Further Injury in Life and Yoga
  • Improving the Situation with Yoga, Breath Awareness, Lifestyle Adjustments and Qualified Professionals
