SA Pilates – Booking & Cancellation Policy
Bookings

Classes can be booked either as a drop-in or by using a class pass. Classes are usually released around the 20th of each month for the following month.

Drop-in class: £10
Class passes:
• 4 class pass – £36 (valid for 6 weeks from purchase)
• 8 class pass – £64 (valid for 10 weeks from purchase)
All class passes must be used within their validity period. Any unused credits will expire automatically and cannot be extended.
Class passes are for individual use only and cannot be shared or used to book multiple people onto the same class. Credits cannot be transferred to another person.

Group Class Bookings
When you book a class, you are reserving a space in that session. Once a class has been booked, the credit is used whether or not you attend.
Cancellations, refunds or transfers are not available for missed group classes.
In exceptional circumstances, please contact SA Pilates and we will always try to help where possible, but this is at the discretion of the instructor.

Drop-In Classes
Drop-in bookings are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another class or person.

1:1 Sessions
There is a 48 hour cancellation policy for all 1:1 sessions.
Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice may be transferred to another available session within the same month, subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session start time will result in the session being lost. Refunds are not offered for 1:1 sessions.

Cancellation by SA Pilates
In the event that a class is cancelled by the instructor due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, the class credit will be returned to your account or a refund can be issued upon request.

The instructor will always endeavour to notify clients if a class needs to be cancelled. Please check your phone or email before travelling to class.

Where possible, SA Pilates may arrange for a suitably qualified instructor to cover the class. In this situation a refund will not be offered.

Bad Weather or Other Disruptions
In the event of bad weather, natural disasters or public health guidance affecting classes, SA Pilates will follow current guidance and make decisions accordingly.

If a class runs and you personally choose not to attend, a refund will not be issued.

Health & Safety
The SA Pilates instructor is a fully qualified STOTT Pilates Level 3 instructor and regularly undertakes continuing professional development, including specialist injury training.

Participants undertake all exercises at their own risk and should only perform movements that feel appropriate for their body. If you have injuries, medical conditions or concerns, please inform the instructor before class.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own equipment (e.g. yoga mat or blanket) where appropriate. Small equipment may also be available for purchase through the instructor.
