SA Pilates – Booking & Cancellation Policy

Bookings

Classes can be booked as a drop-in or using a class pass. Classes are usually released around the 20th of each month for the following month.

Prices

  • Drop-in class: £10
  • 4-class pass: £36 (valid for 6 weeks from purchase)
  • 8-class pass: £64 (valid for 10 weeks from purchase)

All class passes must be used within their validity period. Unused credits expire automatically and cannot be extended. Passes are for individual use only and cannot be shared, transferred to another person or used to book multiple people onto the same class.

Group Class Bookings

When you book a class, you are reserving a space in that session. Once booked, the class credit is used whether or not you attend.

Missed classes cannot normally be refunded, transferred to another class or transferred to another person. In exceptional circumstances, please contact SA Pilates. I will always try to help where possible, but any exception is at my discretion.

Drop-in bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

1:1 Sessions

1:1 sessions are available by appointment only. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or rearrange a session.

Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice may be transferred to another available session within the same month, subject to availability.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session start time will normally result in the session being lost. Refunds are not normally offered for late cancellations, subject to statutory consumer rights.

Changes to Class Venues

Occasionally, a class venue may need to change. I will notify clients in advance wherever possible. Please check your emails and relevant class WhatsApp groups for updates.

If a venue change is announced in advance through these channels, please make sure you check the location before travelling.

Cancellation by SA Pilates

If I need to cancel a class due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, I will notify clients as soon as possible.

For class-pass bookings, the class credit will be returned to your account. For drop-in bookings, I will offer a refund or, where possible, an alternative class within the same month, subject to availability.

Where possible, I will try to arrange an alternative date for the cancelled class within the same month. Any alternative booking is subject to availability.

Please check your phone and email before travelling to class in case of any last-minute changes.

Bad Weather or Other Disruptions

In the event of bad weather, natural disasters or public health guidance affecting classes, I will assess the situation and make decisions based on safety and current guidance.

If a class goes ahead and you choose not to attend, the usual cancellation policy applies.

Health & Safety

SA Pilates is taught by a fully qualified STOTT Pilates Level 3 instructor who regularly undertakes continuing professional development, including specialist training relating to injuries.

Please work within your own capabilities and let me know before class if you have any injuries, medical conditions or concerns that may affect your participation. I can then help you consider suitable options for your session.

Participants are welcome to bring their own equipment, such as a mat or blanket, where appropriate. Small pieces of equipment may also be available to purchase through the instructor.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you have under consumer law.
