🌈 Mini Movers – Weekly Classes
A 45-minute weekly movement session for toddlers and preschoolers.
Each class gently weaves together:

• Sensory exploration
• Brain & coordination games
• Confidence-building movement
These sessions support body awareness, focus, emotional regulation and creativity — all through playful, structured movement.
✨ Mini Movers & Shakers – Enrichment Sessions
Our extended, themed workshops held monthly at The Coffee Bank.
These 90-minute enrichment sessions include:
• Yoga & movement
• Sensory play
• Brain integration activities
• Emotional confidence building
• Play area time
• Drinks, certificates & stickers
Designed as a deeper developmental experience in a relaxed, community setting.

A guided somatic movement class designed to support:
• Hormonal balance
• Emotional release
• Nervous system regulation
• Energy & confidence
No choreography. No pressure. Just music-led movement to reconnect you with your body.

Longer immersive sessions focused on deeper emotional reset, embodiment and restoration.
