I offer eMotion Dance — a guided, music-led experience designed to help you move, release and reset.

It’s a space to get out of your head and back into your body, using movement, music and gentle support to help you let go of stress, tension and emotion you’ve been holding.
No choreography. No pressure.

Just space to feel, express and reconnect 🤍

🟢 Weekly Sessions – Try It
A regular 60-minute session to help you move, release stress and reset your energy.
Perfect if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck or just need a moment to reconnect.

🟣 Deep Dive Sessions – Go Deeper
Longer, immersive sessions designed to take you deeper into the experience, with more time to release, process and fully reset.
Ideal if you’re ready to explore what’s underneath the surface.

🔵 1:1 eMotion Reset – Personalised Support
A private session tailored to what you need in the moment.
Blending movement, breathwork, EFT and acupressure, this is a deeper, more supported space to work through stress, emotional blocks or anything you’re holding onto.

🌿 HOW IT WORKS
Each session is guided through music, allowing your body to move naturally and express what words often can’t.

Gentle support through breathwork, EFT and grounding is woven in to help your body fully release and settle.

You don’t need any experience — just a willingness to show up as you are.

🌈 CHILDREN’S CREATIVE DANCE (eMotion KIDS)
Alongside adult sessions, I also offer Creative Dance sessions for children, designed to support emotional wellbeing through movement, music and imagination.

These sessions help children:
✨ explore and express their feelings
✨ build confidence and body awareness
✨ develop creativity through movement and play

Each class gently introduces emotional awareness in a fun, engaging and age-appropriate way.
