Breathe In, Bliss Out offers movement-based wellbeing experiences designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing, stress reduction and mind-body connection through music, movement and mindful practices.

Whether you’re looking to move, release stress, reconnect with yourself or simply take time out from everyday life, sessions are designed to be welcoming, accessible and supportive for all levels.

✨ Reset Movement
A music-led movement session focused on stress reduction, nervous system regulation and overall wellbeing through movement, breath and body awareness.

Bi-weekly Fridays

✨ eMotion Dance
An immersive headphone-guided movement experience combining music, intuitive movement, EFT tapping, grounding, acupressure and guided relaxation to support emotional release and deeper mind-body connection.

✨ Mini Movers & Shakers
Creative movement and sensory enrichment sessions for 1 - 6 year olds using music, props, imagination, movement and mindful play to encourage confidence, creativity and emotional expression.

Pop-up events, themed workshops and holiday sessions are held throughout the year at The Coffee Bank and other local venues.
