Creative Dance & Wellbeing Classes

A joyful blend of movement, music and mindfulness, designed to support emotional wellbeing.

These sessions combine gentle freeform dance, themed music, and reflective practices (like breathwork, meditation or stillness), inviting you to move your body, release stress, and reconnect.

Each class is tailored to the group, and no dance experience is needed — just bring your energy.

🌈 Kids Creative Dance (JW Dance, Ottery St Mary)

Our kids’ classes are designed to nurture creativity, confidence, and emotional wellbeing through music, movement, and mindfulness. Each week is themed (Jungle, Under the Sea, Circus, Weather, Space, Seasons, etc.) with props, rhythm, and imagination.

Two formats available:

🕊️ Calm & Creative Dance (9:15–9:45am) – A gentle 30-minute session for calmer, sensitive, or neurodivergent children. Small group, soothing music, sensory props, and short guided movements with plenty of rest breaks.

🌟 Creative Chakra Dance – Energetic Session (10:15–11:00am) – A lively 45-minute session full of music, big movements, props, rainbow affirmations, and storytelling through dance. Perfect for children who love to move, express, and explore.

Prices: £6.50 drop-in / £6 per session when booking more than two / £6 for siblings

💃 Adult Dance Sessions

Chakra Dancing – A movement journey through the chakras, connecting body and mind with music, rhythm, and meditation. Great for self-expression, energy release, and inner balance.

E-Motion Dance (Bliss Yoga Studio, Honiton) – A unique class weaving embodiment, mindfulness, and dance for emotional release and personal empowerment.

☕ Mini Movers & Shakers (The Coffee Bank, Ottery St Mary)

Fun, family-friendly workshops combining movement, rhythm, and props for younger children. Held in a relaxed community setting where grown-ups can enjoy a coffee while little ones dance and play.

✨ All sessions are led by Rebecca at Breathe In Bliss Out and are suitable for all levels of experience. Our classes blend dance, music, emotions, mindfulness, and creativity in a supportive environment.
