As the Strawberry Moon rises, we are invited to slow down and appreciate the abundance, growth, and quiet joys already present in our lives. This Full Moon carries themes of gratitude, fulfilment, and emotional nourishment, encouraging us to pause long enough to truly receive the sweetness of the season. Inspired by the yogic principle of Santosha (contentment), this practice is an opportunity to soften the constant pull towards doing and achieving, and instead rest in appreciation for all that has unfolded. Together, we'll explore gentle movement, meditation, and sound healing as we honour both the transformative energy of Tapas and the wisdom of celebrating the fruits of our efforts.
We’ll then move into an embodied yin practice, stillness and reflection, before closing with a deeply immersive sound bath, where soothing vibrations support integration, release, and a sense of inner spaciousness.
