Mum and Baby Yoga - Tuesdays 12.30-1.15pm
Classes are suitable for women following the 6 week postnatal check up till your baby is moving independently.
The class is very gentle yoga for both Mum and baby...with a bit of singing nursery rhymes for the babies. It's very beginner friendly and fun!

Online classes:

Pregnancy Yoga - Tuesdays 6.30-7.30pm
A gentle way to unwind after a busy day.
This class is suitable for pregnant women from 12 weeks.
Gentle yoga based exercise for pregnancy and birth.

Pregnancy Yoga - Saturdays 10 to 11am
Come and have a relaxing start to the weekend.
This class is suitable for pregnant women from 12 weeks.
Gentle yoga based exercise for pregnancy and birth.

Helen has been an antenatal teacher with NCT for 16 years, a pregnancy yoga teacher for 13 years and a Mum and Baby and Postnatal yoga teacher for 9 years.
