Mum and Baby Yoga - Tuesdays 12.30-1.15pm
Classes are suitable for women following the 6 week postnatal check up till your baby is moving independently.
The class is very gentle yoga for both Mum and baby...with a bit of singing nursery rhymes for the babies. It's very beginner friendly and fun!
Pregnancy Yoga - Saturdays 10 to 11am
This class is suitable for pregnant women from 12 weeks.
Gentle yoga based exercise for labour and birth.
'Relax and Breathe' (Mums-to-be and New Mums)- Tuesdays 6.30-7.30pm
This class is suitable for pregnant women from 12 weeks, and also for postnatal women (from 6 weeks post birth).
Gentle yoga based exercise for pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period.
Helen has been an antenatal teacher with NCT for 16 years, a pregnancy yoga teacher for 13 years and a Mum and Baby and Postnatal yoga teacher for 9 years.
