Face to Face Classes at Stretford Public Hall:

Mum and Baby Yoga - Tuesdays 12.10pm OR 1.10pm
Classes are suitable for women following the 8 week postnatal check up till your baby is moving independently.
The class is very gentle yoga for both Mum and baby...with a bit of singing nursery rhymes for the babies. It's very beginner friendly and fun!

Pregnancy Yoga (from 3rd October) - Saturdays 10.15 to 11.45am
This class is suitable for pregnant women from 12 weeks.
Gentle yoga based exercise for labour and birth

Online classes:

'Relax and Breathe' (Mums-to-be and New Mums) - Tuesdays 6.30-7.30pm
This class is suitable for pregnant women from 12 weeks, and also for postnatal women (from 6 weeks post birth).
Gentle yoga based exercise for pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period.

Pregnancy Yoga - Saturdays 10-11am (Online till 26th September)
This class is suitable for pregnant women from 12 weeks.
Gentle yoga based exercise for labour and birth

Helen has been an antenatal teacher with NCT for 15 years, a pregnancy yoga teacher for 12 years and a Mum and Baby and Postnatal yoga teacher for 8 years.
