A fun 45 minute class with gentle stretches and songs for you and your baby. A great class to get back into gentle exercise for parents!
Suitable for babies 6 weeks to moving.
Helen has been an antenatal teacher with NCT for 17 years, a pregnancy yoga teacher for 14 years and a Mum and Baby and Postnatal yoga teacher for 10 years.
