5 Session Block Pass (Book 4, Get 1 Free) – Terms & Conditions
1. The 5 Session Block Pass includes 5 standard play sessions for one named child.
2. The pass must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.
3. The pass is valid for 8 weeks from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after this time will expire and cannot be refunded or extended.
4. All sessions must be pre-booked via our booking system and are subject to availability. A block pass does not guarantee entry without a confirmed booking.
5. The pass is non-refundable and non-transferable. It may only be used for the named child at the time of purchase.
6. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be deducted from the pass.
7. The block pass is valid for standard play sessions only and cannot be used for special events, themed sessions, or private hire unless stated otherwise.
8. Little Moos Play Barn reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time.
